Sales, Cancellation and Returns Policy — BeCompany Ltd

This policy applies to purchases from BeCompany Ltd, registration no. 517368551, Ramla 7135275 (the "Business"). It consists of a uniform body and an annex for the country in which the sale takes place. Nothing in it derogates from consumer rights that the applicable law does not allow to be excluded. In any conflict, the law and the annex more favourable to the consumer prevail.

4. Cancellation and returns
4.1. In a distance transaction (website, phone, app), the consumer may cancel the transaction within the period and on the terms set out in the annex for the consumer's country, and in any case within a period no shorter than the applicable law sets.
4.2. How to cancel: by email to info@becompany.net, by phone at 0542520275, in writing to the Business's address, or in the way the transaction was made (including a cancellation link on the website, if the transaction was made on the website).
4.3. Refund: after a lawful cancellation, the Business will refund the price by the means of payment used, within the period in the annex, deducting a cancellation fee only if the applicable law permits it.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the law of the State of Israel, and jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Ramla. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's place of residence, or of the right to sue in the forum that law gives the consumer.
8. Authoritative version
The document is published in the language of the Business's customers. If it was published in several languages, each version is equally binding, unless the law that applies to the consumer provides otherwise.

Annexes by jurisdiction
Annex — Israel
• Applicable law: the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010. • Cancelling a distance sale (section 14ג): from the day the transaction is made until 14 days from the day the product is received or from the day the document setting out the transaction details is received, whichever is later. For a service, until 14 days from the day the transaction is made or the document is received, whichever is later, provided the cancellation is made at least 2 days that are not rest days before the service starts. • A person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant: may cancel a transaction that included a conversation between the Business and them (including an electronic conversation) within four months of the day it was made, on the terms in the Law. • Cancellation channel (section 14ט): cancellation is also possible in the way the transaction was made. • Cancellation fee: at most 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower. It is not charged when the cancellation results from a defect, a mismatch, a failure to deliver on time or another breach by the Business. • Refund: within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. • Exceptions to the right of cancellation (section 14ג(d)): among others, perishable goods; accommodation, travel, holiday or entertainment services whose date falls within 7 days of the cancellation; goods made specially for the consumer; goods that can be recorded, reproduced or duplicated whose original packaging the consumer opened; and information within the meaning of the Computers Law, 5755-1995. • Prices: in new shekels, including VAT.
